Term of Agreement. Lookatmenus, Inc. (LAM), a Florida Corporation, hereby agrees to provide advertising on www.lookatmenus.com for a period of six (6) months to one (1) year from the time payment is received but no sooner than June 1, 2006.

Method of Payment. Payment is due prior to providing services. Payment can be made using a major credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) or check.

Cancellation. If services are canceled, such cancellation must be made within seven (7) days from accepting of the Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation beyond the seven (7) days is non-cancelable.

Services. LAM will provide the following services: Provide customers with the ability to search restaurants by distance, cuisine, characteristics and delivery capability; Provide customers with the ability to receive maps and directions of restaurants searched; Provide restaurants with their own web address. Provide Restaurants with the ability to edit/change their menu and restaurant characteristics 24 hours/7 days a week.

Advertising Costs. Six (6) month contract - $250.00; One (1) year contract - $400.00.

Conditions of Acceptance. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions may change at any time without notice.
